We are looking for a new colleague to join our People team in Copenhagen. This is an opportunity for you to be part of our innovative and enthusiastic People department of fifteen people who focus on talent acquisition, operations, business partnering and organisational development across our 14 global offices.

As Head of HR Operations you will oversee the HR processes and technologies to ensure an efficient and optimal employee experience throughout the employee life cycle across NORDEN.

The main responsibility is to oversee and support the day-to-day HR operations globally including adherence to local employment law as well as develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with goals.

The tasks that await you
First and foremost your focus will be to support the team and assist with priorities supporting our offices from an operational point of view. You will play an essential part in structuring and developing the compensation and benefits programs and health and welfare benefits.

You will use your strategical mindset to improve processes and procedures, identify issues and implement effective solutions on the foundation of our informal company culture.

A big priority for this role is to maintain, support and develop our current HRIS system (SAGE) and ensure data accuracy. You will play a vital role in taking our use of people data to the next level by monitoring and assessing HR metrics and providing regular reports to the HR Business Partners.

Your qualifications
To excel in this role, it is important that you can see yourself in the below statements:

  • You hold a master’s degree within Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or smiliar.

  • You have 5+ years of experience from the HR Operations function, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • You have worked with and hold a broad knowledge of Danish employment law.

  • You have experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

As we operate in a global setting it is beneficial if you have an interest in, or already have worked in, a global setup.

Further we perceive ourselves as a data-driven company, which we would like to be even more reflected in our People team and therefore also in the HR Operations function. Therefore an interest in HR data analysis to support even better decisions is important.
