Norient will open office in the USAOur main chartering department is situated in Hellerup, Denmark and focused on all markets West of Suez, whilst our office in Singapore is taking care of cargoes in the Far East. With a view to come closer to our American customer base we will be opening an office (with both chartering and operation departments) in the USA in Annapolis (close to Baltimore) during October 2008. The address of our new office will be: Norient (USA) LLC It is a pleasure to announce that Mr Thomas Hechmann, Senior Chartering Manager in our Hellerup office will be General Manager of our Annapolis Office. Furthermore the office will be manned (or correctly womanned) with Ms Benedicte de Nully Brown Wegener, currently Operations Manager in Hellerup. We will miss Thomas and Benedicte here in Denmark – but wish them all the best with their and our new challenges in the USA. |
